Your property purchase includes a trip to the Notary.  Notaries mainly specialize in Quebec real estate law, title registration, wills and estate settlement.

Home Inspector
No home inspection is 100% guaranteed, but a few hundred dollars to catch a major problem now is certainly better than many thousands to correct that ‘surprise’ down the road. Ask me for several  recommendations.

Renovator / Handyman
Planning some renovations? You’re not the only one! The home renovation industry is booming, and in some markets..., booking a renovator, even the Handyman must be done months in advance  – planning ahead will almost certainly make your renovation smoother. 3.  Find out what your " Needs Vs. Wants"

Compose a needs vs.wants list that takes into consideration your needs such as; location, number of rooms, transportation, re-sale value,  garage space,  local services and price range. Compare and discuss with "wants" such as a gourmet kitchen(s) or spa bathroom(s).

5.  Find a home!   Make an offer!

Once you’re ready to act, you may be surprised by how quickly you can make a decision.  Armed with your financing, a little market knowledge, and your needs/wants list, lets find your property and make an investment.
